Between the machines is where lines are won or lost: table top, cable, and air conveyor move the containers; accumulation absorbs rate differences; palletizer discharge feeds pallet conveyor; and one controls package runs it all. That's the integration we deliver through our design & project management process.
Packaging Equipment FAQs
What types of packaging equipment do you provide?
Eight machine types: bottle unscramblers, depalletizers, fillers, case packers, case erectors, palletizers, stretch wrappers, and shrink wrappers — individually or as complete integrated lines with conveyor and controls.
What order do machines go in a packaging line?
Empty containers enter via depalletizer (bulk pallets) or unscrambler (bulk bins) → filler → shrink wrapper for multipacks or straight to case packing, where the case erector forms cases and the case packer loads them → palletizer stacks the cases → stretch wrapper secures the pallet for shipping — with conveyor connecting every step.
Do you integrate the machines with conveyors and controls?
Yes — that's the core of systems integration. Table top, cable, and air conveyors move containers between machines; accumulation buffers absorb rate differences so one machine's stop doesn't stop the line; and one controls package coordinates everything.
Can I buy a single machine, or only complete lines?
Either — the whole job or any part of it. A single replacement case packer, a palletizer retrofit into an existing line, or a complete new line from unscrambler to stretch wrapper.
